How To Book

Step 1: Start Your Reservation

Booking Instructions for Pre-Booked Passengers:

Log into your Cloud 9 Account and enter your token to select your cabin. If you don't remember your username or password, reset it HERE. Your Prebook deposit will appear in your account when you go to book your cabin and will be automatically applied towards your total cabin cost.

Booking Instructions for the General On Sale on May 14:

Click on the "Book Now" link on the home page. This will take you into the Cloud 9 Reservations system. If you have a Cloud 9 Account you will be able to start your reservation by logging in and clicking the Jam Cruise 14 banner stripe. If you do not, please follow the instructions to register for an account HERE.

Step 2: Select Your Cabin

When you enter the booking system you will have access to all available cabin inventory. Please keep in mind that cabin inventory may be limited so it's best to have a few back-up options of cabin types in the event that your first preference is not available. You will then need to pay an additional $250 deposit per person to reserve your cabin. *Please note, there is a $500 per person deposit required for Yacht Club suites.

Step 3: Add Your Cabinmates!

By virtue of creating the reservation, you are considered the "Lead Passenger" in your reservation. It is your responsibility to complete the booking process for everyone in your cabin. Please be advised that ONLY the Lead Passenger can add, remove and change passengers.

If your cabinmates have been on Jam Cruise before, you will be able to add their accounts using their full name and email address (provided it's one we have on file). If they are new to Jam Cruise, you will need them to create a Cloud 9 Account before adding them to your cabin. They can create their account HERE.

Once each passenger has a Cloud 9 Account, you (the Lead Passenger) can choose to be 100% financially responsible for the payments or you can choose to divide the payments between everyone in your cabin. If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will everyone's credit card information beforehand. Be sure to get their full card number, expiration date, the authorization code (CVC Code), and their billing information.
